What better day to try a Le Coupe Fried Chicken Sandwich than on NATIONAL CHICKEN SANDWICH DAY?! Let's review. Parking: This place is on a busy main street and its meter parking. Luckily we found parking right in front. Location/Seating: It's an intimate space that can seat up to 14 people inside with 3 individual tables to seat 2 people each and 2 more individual tables that sit up to 4 people. There's also 1 table for 2 people outside near the froplace My husband and I shared a Fried Chicken Sandwich and some Mac n Cheese. I'm happy we decided to share because the size of the chicken sandwich was more

I recently had the opportunity to try Le Coupe, and I was thoroughly impressed. The corn ribs and spicy chicken sandwich were exceptional, and the cookie was delightful as well. The customer service was amazing and the vibe of this location felt very nice. BEST COOKIE HANDS DOWN The drive from San Francisco to this spot was worth it!

Street parking is available, you may need to walk a block or two. The restaurant was clean inside and out. One table is an available outside and four tables inside. Nice colors and vibe. The young man that took our order was very knowledgeable on the menu. He was kind and made sure our table was clean. The owner gave us a free cookie at the end of our meal and chatted with us for a while about Houma, LA. Blue cornbread was delicious and even better with the Steen's butter. Although, the portion was small for the $6.25 price. The potato salad was delicious. Watermelon juice was watermelon juice . The chicken on the chicken sandwich huge. The party had a crispy, slightly sweet batter. The chicken was good but could use a touch more seasoning. The chocolate chip cookie is one of the best I've had. Thank you for the treat! If you are in the area, give them a try and consider ordering other items in the menu as well as what I tried.

Back again? And tell me why there isn't a location in the OC yet? All the food again was on point... 4 months ago we walked into a gem thanks to KTLA's L.A. Unscripted and a gift certificate from my in-laws. We had a little more on the gift certificate and a concert to go to. Husband chose Le Coup again. Yah! Definitely worth it. We placed an order with Joey who had the best customer service which shows consistency on their part with hiring the right people. Everyone seemed happy and eager to be there. Joey asked us of our experience prior and how we learned about Le Coupe. KTLA L.A. Unscripted. Woohoo. This trip's new tries were: Chicken skin - so good and a large serving. Enough to bring home. Corn riblets... Plentiful and tasty. They were easy to eat and the seasoning was on point. A little messy but worth it. This is something our daughter will enjoy when we get it home to her. A customer walked by and actually saw it on our table and ordered it. I told him well worth it. Great job on Joey's part. In bone chicken thigh- Amazingly seasoned and huge serving. I could only eat half. Watermelon juice - the perfect amount. I can definitely taste that it's homemade and natural. It wasn't watered down and it was like drinking summer in a bottle. We did order the blue corn corn bread and the potato salad again. They were as good as they were the first time Definitely MUST HAVES upon ordering. We did get 2 chocolate cookies to share later with our daughter and I have no doubt they will be a favorite as well since they are award winning. I, again highly recommend Le Coupe and can't wait to return. This time I won't forget my watermelon salad. Enjoy!!! Go now!

My BF found this good little chicken spot on IG and we decided to come check it out. Do you see how BIG that chicken sandwich is?! Honestly, I thought it was going to be another chicken sandwich spot that wasn't good. But when I took a bite into that sandwich, my mouth exploded with so many flavors! Wow! The chicken was not too fried, it has this delicious honey, a hint of spicy sauce all over the chicken. The bread was soft and even the cole slaw. Just everything together was great! Good thing we shared that sandwich. We also got some other great items like the corn ribs! That was so good! Definetly recommend this! Taste like elote and the corn is cut up in strips. I can't wait to come back again whenever I am craving for some chicken sandwich. However, parking is street only and could be difficult to find especially during traffic time. Staff were friendly and helpful to help us order since it was our first time!

First time at Le Coupe and I can definitely say it was tasty. I'd say its an LA hidden gem, though a bit small location but don't let that fool you. The chicken sandwich was pretty big, and you can definitely share it, unless you're capable of finishing it. The mac-n-cheese was divine, creamy and the perfect touch. The blue corn bread with butter is a must-try, with its brown buttery taste that leaves you craving for more. They had other items on their menu and we'll be coming for more. Staff was friendly and though we waited for a good while for our food, the delivery of it was kind.

I've been wanting to come here since I've been hearing a lot about their chili honey glazed fried chicken sandwiches. The place itself is pretty small and seems to be a great place to get takeout. They do have some seating inside though. Luckily I came when it wasn't too busy and was able to get a seat. I ended up ordering the chili honey glaze fried chicken sandwich and some blue cornbread. I also got a chocolate chip cookie since I heard those were also very good. I'm not sure if I just ordered really well, but I really loved all of the items. The chicken was nice and crispy and had a really great flavor. I do love hot chicken sandwiches, but it was a refreshing to see that I can just get a tasty fried chicken sandwich without breaking into a sweat. As of 6/24, the price of $15.50 doesn't seem really cheap, but honestly that size of the sandwich could have easily lasted me two meals and it did. so Ashley feels like a good value. I really liked the blue cornbread and the butter. I'm a fan of cornbread to begin with and this was really good. Also, I would just like to comment on the staff that was working. There was one person at the cash register and was taken care of the front of the house. This person's hustle was unmatched. I was really impressed on the great service he was providing while cleaning up after people and, getting the to go orders together. Great place with great food and friendly, efficient service. There's really no negatives here that I can think of.

They serve you a whole Big Bird at this joint. Whether you order the tendies or the sando, you're getting the whole chicken. Look at my pictures! It's almost overwhelming how it's bigger than your head. I was sold on both, although I would have been cool with just the tenders. It's got some good crisp to the skin. The sandwich ended up being a little too wet for my taste with the cabbage and kale slaw and sweet pickles and honey mustard. I still ate everything that fell out of my hands like a salad. I enjoyed the blue corn bread and the delightfully delectable Steen's butter it comes with. My eyes were bigger than my tummy, for sure, because I cannot tell you why I ordered the corn ribs and that serving is for at least 3 people. It has a small interior but there is seating inside and directly outside. Free water if you ask... I can't resist a good Mexican Coke, though. Bright, not too noisy, and some music playing. I didn't hear any Drake on the playlist so we know where they stand with that feud. Parking is HOLLYWOOD so bring change for the meters. Or park far away and free somewhere residential and get your steps in.

The hype is real with this place. The chicken sandwich was amazing here! It is a bit on the sweeter side of the sauce, but it really wasn't overpowering. The chicken stayed crispy throughout and I love how there's more chicken than bread. I'm not usually a fan of pickles, but their pickles were a very refreshing pairing with the sandwich. It didn't have the usual pickle taste. Overall, I would rank this as top 3 in LA! Can't wait to eat it again! The restaurant is quite small, with about 4-5 tables that seat 2-4 people per. Parking is street parking, I'd suggest ordering takeout and eating in the car if the restaurant is packed.
